I suppose you are making sure the bureaucracy survives and to hell with the people. The majority of these taxes go to “City Specials” which are not defined, they could mean numerous things. We can rid ourselves of these tax happy bureaucrats by voting them out of office. Custer County must be following Osama's lead in spreading the wealth from our pocket to the statists
